My Background
Hi, I'm Tyrone J. Hylton, a professional coach, learning & development specialist, and experienced leader. I bring over 10 years of experience as an operational manager, where I led high-performing teams and delivered results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
This hands-on leadership experience led me into the field of Learning & Development, where I’ve spent another decade designing and delivering training, developing talent, and supporting the growth of middle management and their teams.
For the past year, I’ve also been actively coaching peers and colleagues, guiding them through challenges and growth opportunities as a professional coach.
